I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, guiding me on getting around and recommending places to visit. The hotel's location was perfect, with the metro station just 2 minutes away and the beach within a 5-minute walk. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and roof terrace, were excellent. Additionally, the hotel had convenient amenities like a dishwasher and laundry machine in the apartment-style living. The staff efficiently dealt with an issue I had with smoke from the neighboring room, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We stayed in President Suite of this hotel for 5 nights, and it was good for us. The hotel is near Sukhumvit area, the meeting point of tourists from all over the world. It's only 5 minutes walking to bts Nana St, and go everywhere around Bangkok by bts (a type of monorail). Price is good.
Breakfast was so limited, so that we had to wait for the chef cooking. But it's okay than we ate nothing.

Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Close to Shopping centers, BTS station. Although lively neighborhood, the hotel is located at the end of a quiet dead-end street.

The rooms at Royal Asia Lodge Sukhumvit were cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved the calm ambiance created by the air conditioning and the soothing colors of the room. The TV with cable channels and the coffee maker were nice touches that added to my overall comfort. As a vegetarian, I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room to store my snacks and drinks.
Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a little unnecessary for me as a vegan. However, I understand that other guests might enjoy having the option to indulge in drinks and snacks.

I like the presidential room, spacious for me n family of 4 kids. Free tuk tuk service is excellent. Nearby 7-11 and bts station is very handy. Laundry service is very2 cheap! Thai people/staff likes children, love them.
\We booked for presidential suite. But when we arrived, they said it wont be available until the next day. We ended up at a small n smelly room for 1 nite. Need more variety for vegetarian for breakfast. Maybe a vegetarian fried mee/rice would be nice. Love the grilled tomato. Also the internet was down during our stay! And finally, the receptionist need to smile more..

Great value for money. Convenient location near public transportation and restaurants. , loved the free tuk-tuk service to the main road. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Limited amenities, such as no gym or spa. The wifi was not the fastest, and the breakfast hours were not accommodating for early morning tours.

The internetrates are good for this kind of hotel,as most hotels in this area are more expensive. The hotel is rather old,but its clean and everything is working as it should.I only had the superior-room,so I can't say anything about the more expensive deLuxe rooms.
I have stayed in this hotel before several times, this time I got a room on the 9th floor, which is also the floor of the restaurant/breakfast location,so it was rather noisy in the hallwayin the mornings. The doors don't offer too much isolation from any noise,so you can hear people out in the hallway talking and also the cleaning-staff doesn't seem to care much about silence since you can hear them using walky-talky's,waking you up early after a late night out,I think signs on the walls requesting the guests and staff to be quiet might help.

The rooms at Royal Asia Lodge are so cozy and comfy, I just wanted to snuggle up in the soft beds all day! I loved having a TV with cable in my room, it was perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Bangkok weather, keeping the room nice and cool. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected and share all my adventures with friends and family. I really enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room, it helped me start my mornings on a high note.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of sharing the existing bedding with other guests.

For one night it was the best solution, you have friendly staff, clean room for a budget price. We stayed with four people in two rooms connected together.
It was a little bit hide at the end of a street. To get a taxi was not easy, fortunately the taxi has a shuttle tuk-tuk.I also don't know whether there was a president suite available, which I booked. But two connected rooms was just ok for tired family to sleep only.

If you want to be in the heart of commercial Bangkok, this is the place. Though it is a bit of a walk up the street, they have a tuk tuk that can take you. Area is perfect for the shoppers out there. Staff great, super helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great value for money - rooms were basic but functional. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and surrounded by a lively area. There was a free shuttle service provided, making it easier to explore the surroundings. Free wifi and a safety box in the room were added bonuses.
The hotel could use some renovation as the rooms were old and in need of updating. The cleanliness could have been better.
